If it’s on the charts or frequently spinning, he most likely produced it. People hardly notice when you’re being humble and DJ Mustard’s presence is as big as his boss-belly. The LA native had everyone raising their Brisk Ice Tea Cocktails with his spew of hits, to include, Trey Songz’ “Na Na,” Kid Ink’s “Show Me” and Tinashe’s “2 On”. At 24 years young, DJ Mustard is a pioneer for the “ratchet music” movement. Everyone in front of the Bodega Brisk pop-up bar, to the Bodega Brisk step and repeat were dancing having a good time. “I’m glad ya not standing around being bougie New York,” yelled DJ Mustard… only to fuel the party. His DJ set is crazy, scratching and transitioning from hit to hit with ease. Fans were crowd surfing, Brisk drinks were getting thrown back and women were twerking. This was more than an industry event, it became a full fledged rave.
