RaVaughn Songbird RaVaughn’s voice resonates beautifully over fan’s speakers. Immediately recognizing her passion for music, she indulged in everything from singing at church and performing in school plays to taking piano, ballet and hip hop classes. RaVaughn continuously aimed to polish her talent and eventually landed notable opportunities. Early in her career she guest starred in multiple television shows and became a winning contestant on the legendary “Showtime at the Apollo” as well as competed in the show’s finals. Remaining diligent to her craft RaVaughn began recording demos and worked with industry favorites such as Rico Love, Andrew Frampton and Steve Kipner. Additionally, she recorded background vocals for Leona Lewis, Jessica Simpson, Celine Dion, Brandy and the Pussy Cat Dolls to name a few.

RaVaughn’s gift produced significant opportunities to perform background for Keyshia Cole, Brandy and tour with Keri Hilson before eventually being introduced to music phenomenon Ne-Yo of  Compound Entertainment.  Ne-Yo captivated by her talent, acknowledged her as an impending star of her own. The amazing E.P. “Love Always…The Introduction RaVaughn” displays a refreshing sound and musical grace. Now RaVaughn’s videos such as “Same Ol’ BS” are gaining hits online, while “Better Be Good feat. Wale” does noteworthy numbers on iTunes.
