dreads25f-1-webE!’s Fashion Police host Giuliana Rancic made a lengthier, more heartfelt apology on E! News Tuesday night for her remarks about Zendaya’s hair at the Oscars.

“I want to address something that is weighing heavily on my heart,” said Rancic.

On Monday’s show, Rancic critiqued the look of Zendaya, a Disney star and former Dancing With the Stars competitor, “I feel that she smells like patchouli oil … or weed.”
