The Danish duo Feels is gearing up to become internationally acclaimed with their debut single, “THRILL” featuring the Harlem-born triple-threat, Melii.

The new tandem is comprised of, Siná Mousavian (singer/songwriter), and David Evers (producer/songwriter). Their bop, “THRILL,” channels Melii’s Dominican background and embraces Latinx influences sonically, which drive the song from start to finish. The track’s rhythmic soundscapes set the tone for their stimulating pursuit with its co-production by David Evers of Feels, and Hennedub — the LA-based producer/songwriter behind 25 top 5 singles in Denmark. And “THRILL” is a soon-to-be fan favorite. With an array of inspirations from North America, the Universal Music Denmark/Then We Take The World artists, and their Spanglish collaboration propel their music across separate corners of the globe.

With the chorus, “God, I love the thrill/ I like the thill/ You know I love the way it feels when it is wrong,” the cat and mouse chase begins. Each “THRILL” verse offers separate male and female perspectives. Still, Melii makes it clear she is the alpha of the record with her lyrics, “Run up a bag, yeah/ I can’t do no h*e/ I can’t do no h*e/ I just run up on your bucks/ If you fall in love I ghost.” So, the cross-continent collab makes for an exciting battle of the sexes.

The Knockturnal got to catch up with Feels about why Melii “fit perfectly on the track,” how Drake influenced them, and what separates themselves from on-the-rise talent. Get to know Feels in their own words here.
