Pharrell Williams has confirmed that he is collaborating with Missy Elliott.

The producer and musician appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and discussed some of his upcoming projects.

Speaking about Missy Elliott, Williams praised “the way her mind works”, saying: “Like we’re in the studio, and just the things that she says and thinks about. And like her video concepts. I didn’t know that all those video concepts were hers. I’m so proud of her.” You can watch a clip from the show below.

As Gigwise reports, Williams also talked about other collaborations, including his recent work with Kendrick Lamar on his track ‘Alright’, which featured on Lamar’s recent ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’ album.

Williams also confirmed that he is producing a new album from Snoop Dogg titled ‘BUSH’, working with rising singer Maxine Ashley and Miami’s “super talented” Cris Cab.

After the interview, Williams joined presenter Jimmy Fallon in a performance as one half of the fictitious R&B duo Afro & Deziak.
