We spoke with Lenny Santiago, Roc Nation SVP of A&R Artist Management, who’s responsible for the likes of Rihanna and DJ Khaled’s major keys to success. He shared with us his inspiring come up from the Bronx, his trusted business partnership with Jay Z, and the significance of the gold couch.
